Army Staff Sgt. Tim Kennedy’s fight went less than one round, so the highlights are brief. Kennedy, a Special Forces veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan and a current member of the Texas National Guard, defeated Melvin Manhoef via rear naked choke Saturday at Strikeforce: Columbus. The win improved Kennedy’s record to 13-3, and it earned him a nice $50K.
