December’s Army-Navy game didn’t just mean new hardware for West Point.
CBS, the game’s longtime (and future) television home, took home three Sports Emmy awards last week for its broadcast of the rivalry clash, including Outstanding Live Sports Special and two awards for “The More Things Change,” a video introducing the contest:

While CBS uses its top-tier college football crew for the broadcast and traditionally adds patriotic flare, this year’s broadcast may have benefited from a snowy backdrop, eye-catching uniforms and a close contest that came down to a last-second missed field goal.
The 2018 contest will held Dec. 8 in Philadelphia and will air on CBS.
