Air Force starting quarterback Connor Dietz broke a bone in his right hand and will miss at least three weeks. The Falcons will not have to turn to an inexperienced backup, though. Sophomore Tim Jefferson will take over for Dietz. He started last year as a freshman and the first three games this year before an ankle injury forced him out.
